ASHEsportsPatch notesChangelog
Updates and changes shipped across the ASH Esports platform, most recent first.
The homepage footer now credits James Timms / TimmsyDEV and links to his portfolio at timmsy.dev.
Shared ASH links now feature bold red-and-black preview cards with wording and themes tailored to each page. Games, events, results and player profiles have their own previews, and fresh shares pick up updated designs and content automatically.
Browse our new game pages to find ASH teams, leagues, public rosters and recruitment status. The homepage now includes its content immediately, making it easier to discover our games and teams.
Results now feature a score reveal, an ASH-red light sweep, and staggered objective and player cards that appear as you scroll. Animations respect your reduced-motion preference.
Discord match result announcements now include a direct link to the full results page. Updated announcements also link to the match breakdown.
Match results now show objective totals, recorded drake types and dragon souls, final item builds, summoner spells, runes, and expanded player stats. The page has an updated ASH design, responsive layouts, and accessible game navigation with reduced-motion support.
League patch labels now show the major and minor patch, such as 16.20, across results, scrim views and the Companion. Replay compatibility continues to use the complete build version.
Corrected CS on the affected match result to include jungle monsters. Added staff-only player role corrections on submitted results and fixed CS counting in Companion imports.
New ranked games stay eligible for tracker posts while queued or retrying. Riot rank lookup failures no longer block match posts; rank refreshes retry separately.
League and Siege profile updates, match details and rank overlays now update in the background. Temporary failures and API limits retry automatically, while new League games take priority over older history.
Discovered League matches now stay queued until processed, with new games ahead of older history and automatic retries when an update fails.
League profiles and Solo Queue Tracker now check for new games before filling in older match history, including accounts still catching up.
Public member and League of Legends profiles have refreshed headers, clearer navigation, more readable account and rank cards, and improved layouts for mobile. League profiles now show a quick summary of ranked games, win rate and victories.
Games shorter than five minutes now show as remakes in recent games and match details, with neutral result labels and no performance awards.
League match pages now show metric-backed MVP, ACE, multikill and performance tags, with richer damage, farming, vision and team contribution breakdowns. Recent games show the same highlights, including a few fun awards based on real match stats.
A new phoenix homepage, crimson feather details and sharper shared accents bring the site closer to our new branding. The refreshed layout also supports mobile, light mode and accessible colours.
Discord order updates now show product photos, item details, totals and clearer delivery statuses. Staff updates begin sending promptly after saving, with automatic retries if delivery is delayed.
Admins can now choose store products and available sizes when recording offline merch orders. Prices fill in automatically, with printed-name options matching the store and adjustments for offline agreements.
Admins can now record offline merchandise orders for registered members, add payment and delivery tracking details, and enable requested Discord updates. Store orders now refresh fairly in the background, with a manual provider refresh and last-checked time for staff.
Added a daily automatic refresh of pro-play data for coaching and pro comps. The refresh runs at 05:00 UTC once the update is deployed; manual refresh remains available.
Draft prep now keeps a usable multi-column layout on smaller laptops alongside the dashboard sidebar. Modules reflow into readable widths and stay within the workspace on mobile, while saved arrangements are preserved.
Coaches can jump between sections, select players before assessments, and search the roster by name or role. Pro comps now supports champion search, minimum-game filters, and fully covered champion pools, with clearer role labels and small-sample warnings. Both areas use refreshed ASH styling and improved loading and retry states.
Latest results scroll automatically again, including on high refresh rate screens and after dragging. Subtle drifting embers now animate the home page background. Reduced motion preferences are respected.
Home page results now loop continuously in both directions. Click and drag left or right, swipe on touch screens, or use the arrow keys to browse without a visible scrollbar.
League profile icons in Connections now load through a cached image route using Riot’s CDN, with a backup source if an icon is unavailable.
Removed Workspace labels from the dashboard and admin navigation and headings.
Member and team dashboard sections now share the sidebar and toolbar. Admin Embers uses the shared admin layout, and detail pages keep their section highlighted.
Rank box stats now fade and slide smoothly between rotation groups. ASH team logos gently float and phoenix artwork subtly moves, with animations paused when hidden and disabled for reduced motion.
ASH team rank boxes now include the phoenix artwork from the Timmy preset, blended into the background of both the strip and card layouts.
ASH team rank boxes now display your site alias beside the logo, with the selected team name underneath. If no alias is set, your Riot game name is shown.
Team members can now choose ASH-styled strip or card rank boxes, featuring any of their active team logos or the main ASH Esports logo.
Opening stacks of Riftbound packs now saves cards more efficiently, reducing transaction timeout errors while keeping collection totals and pack history together.
Captains, managers, coaches and authorized staff can correct player roles in match analysis, including published results. Updated Companion imports discard conflicting custom-game lane assignments instead of showing several players as Jungle.
Companion result players now link automatically to existing ASH profiles using their linked full Riot ID when game identifiers differ. Existing player links redirect to the matching profile, and MVP statistics use the same account matching.
Updated Companion imports capture player positions from League position fields and match-history lane data when available. Custom games without position data still show Unknown role; previously published results keep their saved data.
Submitted Companion games now appear in linked players’ competitive profile stats when their imported player identifier differs, using their complete Riot ID to recognise the account.
Match result pages now display Companion games when player roles are missing, showing Unknown role instead of an error screen.
Companion match results now recognise linked roster accounts by their full Riot ID when the imported player identifier differs, fixing games being rejected despite roster players taking part.
Fixed an issue that incorrectly rejected team games uploaded by the ASH Companion when submitting a match result.
Every active team member can now upload official matches and scrims through the ASH Companion to Uploaded Matches. Match editing and deletion permissions remain unchanged.
Renamed Scrim Vault to Uploaded Matches across the team dashboard and League Companion to reflect that it holds both official matches and scrims.
Improved phone layouts, navigation, touch controls, and form inputs. Wide tables now scroll within their panels, and draft rooms stack cleanly on smaller screens.
Dashboard sidebars now use Lucide icons and keep the logo and footer visible while longer navigation menus scroll.
Admin, member, and team dashboards now have a full-height sidebar, a searchable navigation toolbar, and clearer card grids that adapt to smaller screens.
Website administrators can now assign casters and broadcasters from Discord-linked accounts. Assignments update Discord and the confirmed broadcast schedule. Discord request and action replies now use short confirmations.
Dashboard and admin sections now stay open when live data refreshes, so you can keep working without being returned to Overview.
Stream and crew denials now require a reason on Discord and the website. Requesters receive the reason, decisions are logged in broadcast-requests, and confirmed schedules notify the Content Team and Content Manager.
Administrators can now edit official broadcast details, review stream and crew requests, and complete or cancel broadcasts from the website. Changes update Discord automatically, and Discord decisions appear in the dashboard.
Confirmed official broadcasts now appear on the homepage. Team managers and captains can request games through Discord, with reviewed crew applications and completed broadcast history to help keep coverage fair.
The dashboard and admin area now have clearer menus, helpful descriptions, and separate sections for each task. Mobile navigation is easier to use, member search is available, and profile settings open directly.
Removed the Explore Teams button from the homepage hero. Join Discord is now a text link with icons beside the label that highlight on hover.
Teams and How We Compete now sit in the Home submenu. Dashboard and Admin use compact icon links, Patch Notes has its own icon, and Champion Draft is now labelled Draft. Open Embers from the dashboard.
Added a matching animated Timmy card layout and renamed the exclusive options to Timmy - Strip and Timmy - Card, without the Phoenix label.
Added an exclusive phoenix-themed stream strip for Timmy with custom artwork, large rank stats and subtle animation.
Integrated rank boxes now show larger text and rank icons, making them easier to read on stream.
Discord and PIN sign-in now stay on the main website domain, so browser security settings no longer block the sign-in forms.
